All purchases made on Level Up Next are considered final upon confirmation of payment.
Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, refunds are typically not issued once course access has been granted.
However, exceptions may apply in specific cases described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment or Accidental Charge
– You were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate purchase.
Technical Access Issues
– You are unable to access the course due to verified technical issues caused by our system, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.
Incorrect Course Enrollment
– You accidentally enrolled in the wrong course and have not yet accessed or started the content.
Reseller Transactions (Partners)
– For purchases made through authorized resellers, refunds must be processed through the reseller in accordance with their agreement with Success Options Inc.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after purchasing or accessing the content
Failure to complete a course
Incompatibility with personal devices or internet connections not caused by the platform

Course Title
Date of Purchase
Reason for the refund request
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Requests beyond this period may no longer be eligible for review.
4. Refund Review and Processing
Each request will be reviewed by our support team within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Non-Transferability
Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another user, course, or future credit unless expressly approved by Success Options Inc.
6. Courses Purchased Through Resellers or Partners
If you enrolled through an authorized Level Up Next Partner or Reseller, please contact them directly for assistance.
Partners are bound by separate reseller agreements and may have their own refund policies consistent with these terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing any dispute with your bank or payment provider.
